The Walk for ALS helps raise vital funds to support individuals and families living with ALS and to spread awareness about the urgent need for treatments and a cure.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive and fatal neuromuscular disease that gradually takes away a person?s ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe. The average life expectancy after diagnosis is just 2 to 5 years, and currently, there is no known cause or cure.

Together, every step we take brings us closer to changing that.
