FIRE ALS CHARITY RELAY

Compete in the Fire ALS Relay and put your strength, teamwork, and determination to work for a cause that matters. Firefighters will race in full gear, carrying weighted objects through a challenging course, all while raising funds and awareness for ALS of Nevada. Every lap, every step, and every donation helps support families affected by ALS, fund critical research, and bring hope to those battling this disease. Join the relay, push your limits, and make a real impact in the fight against ALS.

RACE BEGINS at 10:00am on May 16th

RACE RULES:

• 4 members to a team
• Teams must raise $100 dollar minimum to qualify for prizes
• All legs to be completed in full gear on air (shoes are allowed)
• Each member assigned to one leg of the relay
• 1st leg: 1 mile (half lap) carrying sandbag
• 2nd leg: 1 mile carrying kettlebell
• 3rd leg: 1 mile carrying sledge hammer
• 4th leg: 1 mile speed leg (nothing carried)
• Baton pass each leg finish line: racer who completes leg with load a new bottle into the racer pack.
• Time penalty will be issued if racer runs out of air before completing baton pass.
• Winner will be team who finishes with best total time.
